Taking into account the fact that in 35% of cases we receive goods from other countries arriving by international transport (which does not imply expeditionary shipping of the goods by the representative of the owner of the goods), we have created an optimal system for accepting goods, ensuring maximum transparency of the procedure.
We provide delivery of your orders to customers in the European Union, both by couriers and to the pick-up points.

We have established partnership with leading courier companies across Europe. If you already have partners with whom you are cooperating, we can integrate them into our system and provide you with more favorable rates due to large volumes.
When an order arrives at our warehouse before 12:00, we will deliver it anywhere in the EU within 3 working days.

All orders with the additional service “shipment insurance” are insured by the courier company. If your chosen packaging option meets the safety requirements of the courier service, then our company undertakes to pay the entire cost of the order if it is lost or damaged during the delivery process.
Both cash payments (cash on delivery) and POS transactions are accepted in all European countries.
We provide full reporting on all orders.
Depending on the type of payment and the courier company, the cost of payment is determined. It depends directly on the working conditions of the courier company and ranges from 1% to 5% of the еаrnings.
For customers who work with courier companies directly, we offer the following options:
- Integration with the courier company into the system. (Your company concludes a contract with the courier service directly, and we integrate to our system).
When placing an order, we indicate information about the type of payment applied to this order.
If the buyer chooses to pay by card or cash to the courier, then the information is sent to the courier service, selected at the most favorable rate.
After delivery and payment of the order, earnings, excluding the rate of the courier company, are transferred to our company account. When a contract is concluded a directly with the courier company, the earnings are transferred directly to your company.
We transfer you the earnings for the billing period minus the cost of servicing the order, or we issue an invoice when you conclude a direct contract with the courier service.
